By purchasing from SpectralPeptides, you agree to the following:

Research Use Only

All products sold on this store are intended for laboratory and research purposes only. They are NOT intended for human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, or any in-vivo use. They are not approved by the FDA for diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing any disease.

Buyer Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how the products are used, stored, and handled after delivery or pickup. Spectral Peptides assumes no liability for any misuse, injury, or damages resulting from the use of these products.

Orders & Payment

Meetups and local pickups can either do Zelle/Venmo/Paypal/CashApp prior to meeting, or physical cash upon meeting. All special orders must be paid in full before fulfillment. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at my discretion.

Pickups & Shipping

Local pickups are available in the OC/LA area and must be coordinated after the order is placed. Special-order items will ship directly from my US-based supplier, and tracking information will be provided once shipped.

Returns

Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final. Returns or refunds are only considered in cases of damaged or incorrect items, and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or pickup with photo evidence.

I may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the store means you accept the most recent version.
